Personal Injury Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a rapidly growing boutique personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and personalized client service. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is eager to grow with the firm and build a long-term career in personal injury law. The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, from intake to resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated attorney to gain hands-on litigation experience, develop strategic skills, and grow professionally within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.
• Conduct case investigations, legal research, and case strategy development.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and effective legal guidance.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Assist in trial preparation, including drafting trial briefs, jury instructions, and exhibit preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and trial strategy.
• Participate in ongoing legal education to stay informed about changes in personal injury law and litigation practices.
• Cultivate relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry professionals to foster business development opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 - 5 years experience in CA Personal Injury Law
• Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must. 
  
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 Base Compensation
