Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a rapidly growing boutique personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and personalized client service. As we expand, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead and optimize our operational infrastructure to support sustained growth. We’re looking for a person who lives & breaths operations to join our law firm that shares our small-town community-service focus

The Director of Operations will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing the firm’s daily operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to enhance efficiency and profitability. This role requires a proactive, solution-driven professional with a deep understanding of law firm management, financial acumen, and a passion for driving organizational success in a high-growth environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and systems to support the firm's objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast and plan for resource and operational needs.
• Lead initiatives to improve client experience, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Supervise and mentor administrative, paralegal, and support staff teams to maximize performance and accountability.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and goal-oriented workplace culture.
• Partner with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for non-legal staff.
• Monitor and manage the firm’s budget, operational expenses, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to generate reports, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency.
• Implement financial controls and oversee vendor relationships to optimize spending.
• Assess and oversee the implementation of legal and administrative technology solutions to enhance efficiency (e.g., case management software, CRM systems).
• Ensure the firm’s technology infrastructure supports the needs of attorneys, staff, and clients.
• Partner with leadership to create short-term and long-term business strategies.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Develop and manage operational risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and adaptability to changing regulations.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and improve quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of legal service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (MBA or JD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a law firm, preferably in personal injury or litigation.
• Proven track record of managing operations in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets and operational KPIs.
• Expertise in legal technology and systems, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
• Compensation will be based on experience and will include a base salary along with an incentive for fulfilling and exceeding the role's responsibilities.
