Mass Torts & Complex Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a premier, trial-tested law firm of over 100 employees in Southern California. We are seeking a motivated, sharp Litigation Attorney to join the expanding Mass Tort practice. Because our mass tort practice often targets government entities and public agencies by county, our workflow is uniquely project- and litigation-phase driven rather than traditional per-attorney caseloads. We are hiring across multiple experience levels:

• Junior Attorneys who want to take immediate ownership of day-to-day litigation, develop their skills, and learn from elite trial lawyers.

• Senior Attorneys capable of driving overall case strategy, supervising teams, and providing mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and advance high-volume, complex litigation files through all phases of the lawsuit.

• Review extensive and complex records, medical documents, and evidence.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery requests/responses.

• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and key witnesses.

• Coordinate directly with co-counsel, investigators, and expert witnesses.

• Draft and argue complex law and motion matters in court.

• Assist with trial preparation, exhibit coordination, and strategy.

Requirements:

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.

• Experience in mass torts, complex civil litigation, or personal injury.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle high-volume document environments.

• Sound legal judgment and the ability to work independently while remaining collaborative.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Income Range: $120,000 - $250,000 (Commensurate with experience)
