Personal Injury Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a successful Injury law firm that has over 300 5-star reviews on Google, providing legal representation to clients across 40 + cities throughout California, and a staff of 40+ employees. We are in search of a Litigation Attorney with 1 - 2 years of personal injury experience. We are open to both plaintiff and defense attorneys. You must be able to travel throughout all of California to attend court hearings and depositions, litigate trials, and conduct arbitrations. Prior experience is crucial.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience attending trials/arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances.
• Prepare pleadings, set up motions, draft legal documents, mediation briefs, and trial briefs. 
• Will train attorneys with civil litigation experience interested in Personal Injury

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 - 2 years experience in personal injury law is a must
• Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must. 
  
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
