Claims Specialist

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a large Personal Injury Law firm that has been voted as one of America's "Most Feared Plaintiff Firms". We are seeking experienced insurance adjusters or claims professionals to join the pre-litigation team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in claims evaluation, liability analysis, and settlement negotiations who are ready to transition to the plaintiff side. You will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, working directly with clients, providers, and insurance carriers to maximize case value.

Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files

• Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure on claims

• Review medical records, billing, and supporting documentation

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the case

• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers to achieve optimal outcomes

• Draft demand packages and coordinate supporting evidence

• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to escalate cases when needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an insurance adjuster or in claims handling

• Strong understanding of bodily injury claims, liability, and settlement strategy

• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases effectively

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
