Pre-Litigation Managing Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is seeking a Pre-Litigation Managing Attorney for a premier, rapidly expanding plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Century City. This is a pivotal leadership role. We aren't looking for a desk manager; we need a dynamic leader who leads from the front, setting the firm's standard for strategy, work ethic, and results. The ideal candidate will lead a full team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff. You will optimize the pre-litigation pipeline, driving operational efficiency while relentlessly maximizing the value of every case. Responsibilities:

• Direct, mentor, and manage a robust pre-litigation team while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance

• Actively participating in high-level case strategy, complex policy limit demands, and critical negotiations with insurance adjusters.

• Oversee the lifecycle of pre-litigation files from intake through medical treatment, demand generation, and settlement.

• Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure the department meets and exceeds settlement goals and operational metrics.

• Streamline processes to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently without sacrificing the quality of client care or case value.

• Ensure a seamless transition of cases to the litigation department when pre-litigation settlement cannot be reached.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

• proven experience managing, training, and developing a legal team

• Exceptional ability to evaluate case merits, identify medical and legal issues early, and build comprehensive strategies to maximize client recovery.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented work environment

• Highly organized, results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus structure based on a percentage of each settled case
