Role Description

This is a full-time, fully in-office position (5 days per week) for a Litigation Attorney based in El Segundo. The Litigation Attorney will handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing, and arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and participating in trial preparation and trial. Attorneys are expected to take ownership of their cases, work directly with clients, and collaborate closely with the firm’s trial team to deliver high-level representation.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial disputes, professional responsibility, employment law, and/or personal injury

• Strong experience drafting and arguing motions

• Familiarity with California state and federal courts and procedures

• Experience managing cases through discovery and trial preparation; trial experience or meaningful trial support experience strongly preferred

• Experience taking and defending depositions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and case management abilities

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar
