Senior Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a successful plaintiff civil litigation firm with over 15 Attorneys, over 1000 five-star Google reviews, and over 30 years in business helping the injured. We need a sharp, experienced Senior Litigation Attorney who can independently manage a caseload from start to finish, including settlement negotiations, litigation strategy, and trial preparation as needed. You should have a proven track record of securing settlements in the $200,000-$1,000,000+ range and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Duties:

• Manage up to 50 - 60 litigation cases, overseeing investigations, strategy development, and trial preparation.

• Independently negotiate and close six- and seven-figure settlements.

• Develop aggressive litigation strategies to maximize case value.

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.

• Work efficiently and proactively to push cases forward without excessive oversight.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.

• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and supporting staff to streamline case management and ensure timely case progression.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

• 6 - 10 years of Attorney Plaintiff personal injury experience.

• Proven ability to secure settlements in the $200K - $1M+ range.

• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent litigation and case strategy skills.

• Self-sufficient—doesn’t require hand-holding or micromanagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $225,000 - $350,000 (D.O.E.)

• Plus an attorney fee structure (Up to $1 million with commission for Trial Experienced or Proven Senior Attorneys)
