Managing Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with one of California's rapidly growing plaintiff firms. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead a Saint Paul office as a Managing Partner. No upfront investment is required. As long as you can bring in cases, the founding partners will cover all advertising and initial operating costs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Oversee operations,  including hiring and managing staff (with HR support), overseeing cases, and providing exceptional client service.

• Lead a growing caseload of high-quality Minnesota cases and expand the practice further.

• Collaborate with the Firm’s Co-Founders to drive business development and grow the Minnesota practice.

• Ensure excellent case outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.

• An active member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar.

• Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy.

• Exceptional skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy.

• Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.

• Ambitious, motivated, and committed to long-term success.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $120,000 - $200,000 

• Paired with profit-sharing opportunities.
