We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate. This role is ideal for an attorney who values analytical thinking, accuracy, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will play a critical role in advancing cases, producing polished written work, and providing practical, well-reasoned guidance to clients.

What You’ll Do
Independently manage and advance an active litigation caseload
Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
Take and defend depositions
Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy
Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance
Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines
Maintain organized case materials and meet deadlines consistently
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of litigation experience
Active Colorado bar license
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
Experience in commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly bonus program ranging from 3%–16% of total realized revenue, with no billable hour requirement. Bonuses are tied to objective performance metrics.
