Entry-Level Attorney (Labor & Employment)

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a young and ambitious law firm with over 10 attorneys. Our firm specializes in plaintiff-side labor and employment law. We handle both class-action and single-plaintiff cases, and we're committed to providing effective, client-centered solutions. We are seeking newly admitted attorneys who are passionate about labor and employment law and eager to develop their careers in a supportive, collaborative environment. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience with case management, client interactions, and negotiation processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Assist senior attorneys in preparing and managing labor and employment cases.

• Participate in client meetings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions.

• Stay current with legal trends and regulations in labor and employment law.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the California State Bar (recently admitted attorneys welcome).

• Strong interest in plaintiff labor and employment law (Wage and Hour, Discrimination and Harassment, Retaliation, Workplace Safety, wrongful termination, FEHA, Whistleblower, etc).

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Salary: $100,000
