Intake Team Lead

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm that has provided legal representation to clients across 40+ cities throughout California, and a staff of 40+ employees. Their practice is dedicated to providing individuals who have suffered personal injuries or assaults with experienced, compassionate legal representation.

We are seeking an experienced Intake Team Lead to help lead our expanding Intake Department and support the firm’s continued growth. This role supports attorneys handling elder abuse matters from intake through trial while also managing critical calendaring and court-related tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment. This individual helps set the tone for client interactions and ensures every potential client receives the highest standard of care and professionalism.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily intake operations, including scheduling, coverage, and workflow management
• Ensure all calls are handled promptly, professionally, and with empathy
• Train, coach, and mentor Intake Specialists; assist with onboarding and performance development
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of calls, documentation, and data entry
• Assist with tracking performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, etc.)
• Support process improvements, business system integration, and technology optimization
• Assist with updating scripts, processes, and client materials
• Serve as a backup Intake Specialist when needed and support administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills; high empathy and professionalism
• Leadership experience with coaching or team supervision
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with platforms like Litify, RingCentral, or other CRM systems preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience in personal injury or legal intake is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Compensation: $70,000 +
• Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Days: You’ll receive 10 paid days off annually
