Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a strategic injury law firm that prioritizes relationships with top attorneys to ensure clients receive the justice, medical treatment, and financial compensation they deserve.

We seek an experienced Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney to lead and manage our pre-litigation department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in personal injury law, particularly in pre-litigation processes, and a strong ability to manage and mentor a team. This role requires exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills to ensure our clients receive the best possible representation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Manage the pre-litigation department, overseeing paralegals, and case managers.
Review and monitor personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring timely case progression
Provide regular updates to clients and address their concerns throughout the process
Lead settlement discussions with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to secure maximum compensation
Ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations while reporting a case status to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Juris Doctor (JD Degree)
Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
5+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
Proven experience in supervising and managing a legal team.
Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:

Base Compensation: $150,000 - $210,000
Plus, Commissions & Bonuses in addition to the base compensation
