We are seeking a litigation associate with 3–7 years of experience to join our class action and mass tort practice. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with complex litigation and a strong interest in representing consumers and employees in high-impact cases.

You’ll work on matters involving corporate misconduct, defective products, unfair business practices, and large-scale harm. Representative cases include:

• Illegal call recordings
• Defective products (autos/electronics)
• Wage and labor violations
• Unlawful tax/fee collection
• Antitrust and competition issues
• Data breaches
• Environmental harm
• Pharmaceutical/device injuries
• Securities fraud

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently manage litigation in both California state and federal courts
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Conduct and oversee discovery, including depositions of fact and expert witnesses
• Handle mediations, settlement negotiations, and client strategy sessions
• Participate in Joint Case Management Conferences and other aspects of JCCP/MDL proceedings
• Coordinate with co-counsel, experts, and internal teams to develop and execute case strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Juris Doctorate and an active California Bar license
• 3–7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in mass torts, product liability, or complex class actions
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Familiarity with judge-specific preferences and court procedures in Los Angeles and surrounding jurisdictions
• Experience handling multiple complex cases and working in a collaborative team setting
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and desire to make an impact in plaintiff-side litigation
• Support trial preparation and attend trial as needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000
• Plus Commission Pay/Attorney Fees 
• Medical & Dental (HMO/PPO Options)
