Paralegal

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a successful plaintiff injury firm with over 15 Attorneys, over 1000 five-start Google reviews, and over 30 years in business helping the injury. We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support one attorney in managing 30–50 active litigation cases (max 60). This role is not trial-focused, though occasional trial support may be required (approx. once per year).

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Manage all aspects of up to 60 litigation matters with support from a pod leader and staff.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and deadlines.
• Draft, file, and serve legal documents in compliance with court rules.
• Handle written discovery, subpoenas, and document collection.
• Organize and summarize documents, medical records, and discovery materials.
• Maintain and track litigation calendars, deadlines, and hearings.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, interpreters, and expert communications.
• Assist with trial prep, including binders, exhibits, and scheduling.
• Conduct basic legal research and draft correspondence and pleadings.
• Manage calls, meetings, and travel arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of litigation case management experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in legal software, e-filing systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English & Spanish

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
