ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. In this role, you will focus on lease drafting, purchase and sale agreements, and title and survey review. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Must have the ability to handle commercial leases, purchase and sale transactions, and closing processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience related to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with drafting commercial leases, purchases, and sale agreements
- Strong background in title and survey review, closing purchase, and sales transactions
- Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry, including participation in ULI, NAIOP, or CREFC
- Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
- Active California Bar admission
- Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Compensation: $220,000 - $270,000
