Home of 200+ attorneys and serving clients from 6 different office locations across California and New York, we are searching for a mid to senior-level attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join the team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) for their Los Angeles office. This attorney will be creating innovative, cost-effective solutions to the most complex problem facing employers in California and will contribute to the reputation for market leading solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an associate coming from a Commercial Litigation background who has a demonstrated interest in Labor & Employment. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-6 years of labor and employment law experience
• Strong employment litigation experience, including drafting initial pleadings, depositions, and substantive motive practice
• Employment advisory matters experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
• Active California Bar admission
• Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $240,000 - $300,000
