Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a successful plaintiff civil litigation firm with over 15 Attorneys, over 1000 five-start Google reviews, and over 30 years in business helping the injured. We need a sharp, experienced Personal Injury Attorney who can independently handle a caseload from start to finish, including settlement negotiations, litigation strategy, and trial prep when necessary. You should have a proven track record of securing settlements in the $200,000 - $1,000,000+ range and the ability to drive results with minimal supervision.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Manage up to 60 litigation cases, overseeing investigations, strategy development, and trial preparation.
• Independently negotiate and close six- and seven-figure settlements.
• Develop aggressive litigation strategies to maximize case value.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Work efficiently and proactively to push cases forward without excessive oversight.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and supporting staff to streamline case management and ensure timely case progression.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Proven ability to secure settlements in the $200K - $1M+ range.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent litigation and case strategy skills.
• Self-sufficient—doesn’t require hand-holding or micromanagement.
• Fluent in English and Spanish

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 (D.O.E.)
• Plus an attorney fee structure
