Paralegal (Hybrid)

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a successful Injury law firm that has over 300 5-star reviews on Google, providing legal representation to clients across 40 + cities throughout California, and a staff of 40+ employees. We are in search of a Litigation Paralegal with 3 - 5 years of personal injury experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Support the trial team throughout all stages of litigation, from filing the complaint to trial
preparation and execution.
Manage discovery processes, including propounding and responding to extensive discovery requests.
Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents, including motions, oppositions, replies, pleadings, declarations, and exhibit lists.
Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
Arrange for Court-call appearances and coordinate with appearance attorneys as needed.
Organize and file court documents in compliance with court requirements and deadlines.
Draft professional correspondence for attorneys and clients.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by attorneys.

QUALIFICATIONS:

4 - 6 years in a personal injury litigation-specific role
Strong understanding of California civil procedure, court rules, and filing requirements.
Familiarity with e-filing systems and court scheduling platforms
Proficiency in legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (D.O.E.)
