Managing Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has teamed up with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm in Santa Monica that focuses on Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Employment Litigation. We are seeking a Senior Managing Attorney. We are not a high-volume firm, nor do we aim to operate in that capacity. Our ideal candidate understands every step of a case from start to finish and can manage and grow the firm at a steady yet progressive pace, ensuring things are done correctly the first time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee litigation strategy and case management from inception to resolution.
• Mentor and supervise attorneys and legal staff.
• Handle high-value and complex cases, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Develop and implement firm-wide best practices to drive results.
• Foster client relationships and support business development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, including trial experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and case management skills.
• Passion for advocating for plaintiffs and achieving top results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Admitted to practice law in CA and in good standing.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000
