Pre-Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has teamed up with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm in Santa Monica that focuses on Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Employment Litigation. We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney to help grow our firm. We are not a high-volume firm, nor do we aspire to be in that space. Our ideal candidate is someone who values quality over quantity and is not seeking to litigate a case just for the sake of it. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation matters from intake to settlement.
• Evaluate cases for liability, damages, and potential value to develop strong legal strategies.
• Conduct legal research, draft demand letters, and negotiate settlements.
• Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and expert evaluations to build strong claims.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with litigation teams to ensure smooth case transitions.
• Assist with case strategy and maximize client recovery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of CA
• Strong case management and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling medical records, treatment plans, and liens.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000
