Pre-Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a large Personal Injury Law firm that has been voted as one of America's "Most Feared Plaintiff Firms". This position is located in their Beverly Hills office. As a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney at our client's firm, your responsibilities will span a spectrum of personal injury law tasks. This will include client consultations, meticulous case management, skillful negotiations, and the potential for involvement in litigation. You'll have the chance to engage directly with clients, offering a tailored and hands-on legal experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assessing the merits of potential personal injury cases by reviewing client information, incident reports, medical records, and other relevant documents
• Meet with clients to discuss case details, gather evidence, and provide expert legal advice regarding potential claims and case prospects
• Engage in pre-litigation negotiations with insurance companies to secure fair and just settlements for clients
• Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings
• Work on discovery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed about case progress
• Conduct research
• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies,
• Supervise your team consisting of a case manager, case admin, and medical lien negotiator

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in pre-litigation is a MUST
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required
• 1 - 4 years of personal injury experience
• Strong negotiator skills
• Desire to represent the underdog

• Strong grammar skills
• Ability to handle many tasks at once
• Must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION:

• Base Compensation: $120,000 - $190,000 
• Plus Additional Attorney Fee Structure
