Labor & Employment Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a nationally recognized law firm with nearly 250 attorneys throughout the US. We are searching for an associate attorney with at least six to eight years of California employment litigation. This position may be remote but the attorney is expected to travel to court and client meetings as necessary. 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with trials, summary judgment, arguing motions, depositions, and mediation. 
• Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context
• Familiarity with public agency employers is a plus. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6 - 8 years of California employment litigation

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Salary: $180,000 - $215,000
